The TOPIK track is being prepared

What follows is what this track will offer. Classes have not opened yet, so we are not taking enrolments — leave your details at the bottom of the page and we will tell you the day it starts.

Our own technology

Marked Before You Are Out Of Your Chair

Submit and your multiple-choice result and the explanations are there. Teachers spend the whole lesson on what needs a human.

Illustration of a results panel: a bar chart of correct answers per part, one question with a green tick and one with a red cross

Results the moment you submit

Your score for each part appears at once. You can sit two tests in an evening instead of waiting until the next lesson to find out what you got wrong.

Not just what was wrong, but why

Every question points at the words in the text that carry the answer and why the other option fails. The same trap does not catch you twice.

Names the exact thing to work on

Which part and which question type you keep missing turns into a clear profile. No more practising everything just to feel safe.

Live online classes

Online, And Still Taught Like Someone Is Sitting Next To You

Not conferencing software. A classroom built for teaching and test preparation.

Illustration of a teacher beside a digital whiteboard with three learner video tiles on the right

Watch the teacher work through each question

The words in the text that carry the answer get circled on the passage itself, and the whole class sees it happen.

You practise, you do not just listen

Breakout rooms for listening drills and small-group feedback. Everyone has to speak.

Materials open inside the class

PDFs, slides and test papers show up in the room itself. Nobody loses the thread switching apps.

Every hour is on the record

Who joined, when, and for how long is all logged so parents and teachers are looking at the same thing.

Miss a class, miss nothing

Every session is recorded, so you can go back to the exact part you need instead of borrowing someone's notes.

Open a browser and you are in

No install, no fiddly account setup. With a class code you are sitting in the room.

Between lessons

Revision Doesn't Stop When You Submit

Three ways to review, sharing one word bank and one schedule. Once you submit, the gaps come looking for you.

  1. Spaced-repetition cards

Words come back just before you forget them — not sooner, which wastes time, not later, which loses them. The FSRS algorithm sets the schedule; you just answer.

  2. Dictation

Listen to a sentence, type it back. TOPIK listening is fast and does not repeat, so dictation is the most direct way to train the ear.

  3. 1v1 arena

Matched with someone at your level on the same set of questions — whoever is right and fast wins. The clock runs on the server, so nobody can win by changing their own.

All three require an account.

Test format

What A TOPIK Test Holds

Two separate papers, not two difficulty settings of one. TOPIK I is marked out of 200 for levels 1–2; TOPIK II out of 300 for levels 3–6.

TOPIK I · 70 questions · 200 points

70 questions
  • 듣기Listening30 questions

40 minutes. Short everyday exchanges, with questions that stay close to what you just heard.

  • 읽기Reading40 questions

60 minutes. Signs, messages, short notices. Many answers sit directly in the text.

TOPIK II · 104 questions · 300 points

104 questions
  • 듣기Listening50 questions

60 minutes. Interviews, news, academic talks. They get longer and repeat themselves less as you go.

  • 쓰기Writing4 questions

50 minutes. Two sentence-completion items, one 200–300 character description of data, and one 600–700 character essay.

  • 읽기Reading50 questions

70 minutes, sat in the second session. Articles, opinion pieces, literature. Includes inference and paragraph-ordering questions.

How you practise

Practise Where You Are Actually Weak

Which question type is costing you marks stops being a hunch and becomes a number you see after every test.

Get used to how fast the real test speaks

TOPIK II Listening gets longer as it goes and barely repeats an idea. Practise on slowly-read audio and you fall behind by question 20 — that is the fault of the practice material, not the learner.

Marked instantly, explained question by question

As soon as you submit you see the right answer and the exact words in the text that carry it. You come to understand the trap rather than just knowing you missed that one.

A weakness profile by question type

Every question is tagged by type (main idea, detail, inference, paragraph ordering), so the result tells you where you are weak instead of only how many you got right.

Get used to the pressure first

The clock runs on the server, the paper submits itself when time is up, and Listening plays once. By the time you sit the real thing your hands have stopped shaking.
